What is auditing and certification?

Auditing is defined as the on-site verification activity, such as the inspection or examination, of a quality process or system, to ensure compliance with. In the context of certification, the certification audit is always part of a certification process designed to last. This involves a large scale system audit and monitoring, spanning a period of at least three years. This must be done through internal audits conducted by trained auditors in the period leading up to the actual certification audit.
